Congratulations to everyone at Welling Wanderers Under 13s for finishing runners up at Minehead. A great time was had by all, with Welling finishing top of their group, beating Peacehaven YFC 3-2 in the Semi final, before losing 2-1 to Rowley Rangers FC in the final.

One of our parents, Stuart Brace, has climbed Kilimanjaro and raise £3,751.00 for "Help Our Heroes." Welling Wanderers sponsored Stuart for £50. If anyone else would like to sponsor Stuart or find out more information about the climb please see the just giving website

On one of the wettest days of the year (and with strong competition from The X-factor and Strictly on TV!) we had an excellent turnout for the Welling Wanderers Christmas party, with a full hall and everyone having a good time.

Many thanks to all those who made donations to our raffle, including: Charlton AFC, Morrisons, Lord Kitchener, Sports Scene. We raised over £160 which will help pay for training equipment for the new under 7s team for next year.

We are looking for both boys and girls to Join Welling Wanderers teams for the current season.
