Dear Manager/Secretary, 

Welling United & Kingfisher JFC would like to invite you to our summer tournament at Swingate Lane Playing Fields.
All age groups will play first round matches on a league basis, then followed by semi-finals then a final.
Runners-up & winners to receive awards, the winners also to receive the tournament trophy.
n.b Under 7 and Under 8 are deemed by the F.A. to be non competitive and will be played on a friendly basis where all players
will receive an award for their participation.  

Each age group will consist of a maximum of 20 teams divided into 4 groups of 5. 

AGE GROUPS APPLY TO THE 2009/10 SEASON. 

Entry is on a first come first served basis. Teams who enter after the age group has been filled will be placed on a waiting list
(unless otherwise stated on application form) We will let you know as soon as your application has been received.
You can enter more than one team per age group but players can only play for the team they register for on the day. 

Entry fee for all teams is £35 (non refundable once participation confirmed)
A DISCOUNTED ENTRY FEE OF £30 IF RECEIVED BEFORE 31ST MARCH 2010
CLOSING DATE FOR ENTRIES IS FRIDAY 28TH MAY 2010
For Under 7’s, 8’s, 9’s and 10’s teams will consist of a maximum of 10 players playing mini-soccer 7 a-side.
For U11’s through to U16’s, teams will consist of a maximum of 8 players playing 6 a-side. 

Saturday 19th June
AM 8.30 REGISTRATION 9.00am start UNDER 9s AND UNDER 13s
PM 12.30 REGISTRATION 1.00pm start UNDER 7s, UNDER 11s AND UNDER 15s 

Sunday 20th June
AM 8.30 REGISTRATION 9.00am start UNDER 10s AND UNDER 14s
PM 12.30 REGISTRATION 1.00pm start UNDER 8s, UNDER 12s AND UNDER 16s
